ရန်ကုန်အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာလေဆိပ်တွင် Tour Leader နှင့် တွေ့ဆုံ Check-in ပြုလုပ်ပြီး တိဘက်သို့ ထွက်ခွာပါမည်။ လာဆာ (Lhasa) လေဆိပ်သို့ရောက်ရှိပါက Tour Leader မှ ကြိုဆိုပြီး တိဘက်အရှေ့ပိုင်း Nyingchi မြို့သို့ ဆက်လက်ထွက်ခွာပါမည်။ လမ်းခရီးတွင် ပင်လယ်ရေမျက်နှာပြင်အထက် ၂,၉၈၀ မီတာရှိ သဘာဝအလှတရားများပြည့်နှက်နေသော Kadinggou Valley သို့ ဝင်ရောက်လည်ပတ်ပြီး Nyingchi မြို့ ဟိုတယ်တွင် အနားယူပါမည်။
You will meet the Tour Leader at Yangon International Airport, complete check-in, and depart for Tibet. Upon arrival at Lhasa Airport, the Tour Leader will welcome you and proceed directly to Nyingchi in eastern Tibet. Along the way, you will visit the beautiful Kadinggou Valley, located 2,980 meters above sea level, before arriving at the hotel in Nyingchi to rest.
Day 1: ရန်ကုန် - လာဆာ - ညင်းချီ (Yangon - Lhasa - Nyingchi) ရန်ကုန်အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာလေဆိပ်တွင် Tour Leader နှင့် တွေ့ဆုံ Check-in ပြုလုပ်ပြီး တိဘက်သို့ ထွက်ခွာပါမည်။ လာဆာ (Lhasa) လေဆိပ်သို့ရောက်ရှိပါက Tour Leader မှ ကြိုဆိုပြီး တိဘက်အရှေ့ပိုင်း Nyingchi မြို့သို့ ဆက်လက်ထွက်ခွာပါမည်။ လမ်းခရီးတွင် ပင်လယ်ရေမျက်နှာပြင်အထက် ၂,၉၈၀ မီတာရှိ သဘာဝအလှတရားများပြည့်နှက်နေသော Kadinggou Valley သို့ ဝင်ရောက်လည်ပတ်ပြီး Nyingchi မြို့ ဟိုတယ်တွင် အနားယူပါမည်။
Day 1: Yangon - Lhasa - Nyingchi You will meet the Tour Leader at Yangon International Airport, complete check-in, and depart for Tibet. Day 2: ညင်းချီ - ဘိုမီ (Nyingchi - Bomi) ဟိုတယ်တွင် နံနက်စာသုံးဆောင်ပြီးနောက် Sejila Pass သို့သွားရောက်ကာ တောင်တန်းရှုခင်းများကို ခံစားပါမည်။ ထို့နောက် "Tibetan Switzerland" ဟုတင်စားရသော Lulang Forest သို့သွားရောက်ပြီး သဘာဝရှုခင်းများနှင့်အတူ Namcha Barwa နှင်းဖုံးတောင်တန်းများကို ကြည့်ရှုပါမည်။ ပြီးနောက် Bomi မြို့သို့ ဆက်လက်ထွက်ခွာပြီး ဟိုတယ်တွင် အနားယူပါမည်။
Day 2: Nyingchi - Bomi After breakfast at the hotel, you will head to Sejila Pass to enjoy the stunning mountain scenery. Next, you will visit the Lulang Forest, often called the "Tibetan Switzerland," to admire the natural landscapes and the snow-capped peaks of Namcha Barwa. Afterwards, you will continue the journey to Bomi and rest at the hotel.
Day 3: ဘိုမီ - လိုင်ကူရေခဲတောင် (Bomi - Laigu Glacier) နံနက်စာသုံးဆောင်ပြီးနောက် ရေခဲတောင်များ၊ ရေကန်များနှင့် ချိုင့်ဝှမ်းများပါဝင်သော Laigu Glacier သို့ သွားရောက်လည်ပတ်ပါမည်။ အပြာရောင်ရေခဲမြစ်ကြီးများနှင့် ခမ်းနားသောတောင်တန်းများ ပေါင်းစပ်ထားသည့် ရင်သပ်ရှုမောဖွယ် မြင်ကွင်းကို ကြည့်ရှုခံစားပြီး Bomi သို့ ပြန်လည်ထွက်ခွာကာ အနားယူပါမည်။
Day 3: Bomi - Laigu Glacier After breakfast, you will visit the Laigu Glacier, featuring snow-capped mountains, clear lakes, and deep valleys. You will enjoy the breathtaking view of blue glaciers combined with majestic mountains before returning to Bomi to rest for the night.
Day 4: ဘိုမီ - ညင်းချီ (Bomi - Nyingchi) နံနက်စာသုံးဆောင်ပြီးနောက် Guxiang Lake သို့သွားရောက်ပြီး တောင်တန်း၊ ရေကန်နှင့် သစ်တောများ ပေါင်းစပ်ထားသည့် အေးချမ်းလှပသော သဘာဝအလှကို ခံစားပါမည်။ ထို့နောက် G318 (Sichuan-Tibet Highway) လမ်းမကြီးအတိုင်း ဆက်လက်ခရီးနှင်ကာ Nyingchi မြို့သို့ ပြန်လည်ရောက်ရှိ အနားယူပါမည်။
Day 4: Bomi - Nyingchi After breakfast, you will head to Guxiang Lake to enjoy the peaceful and beautiful natural scenery combining mountains, lakes, and forests. Then, you will continue the journey along the G318 (Sichuan-Tibet Highway) and return to Nyingchi to rest at the hotel.
Day 5: ညင်းချီ - ဘာဆွမ်ဆိုရေကန် - လာဆာ (Nyingchi - Basumtso Lake - Lhasa) နံနက်စာသုံးဆောင်ပြီးနောက် Nyingchi မှ ပင်လယ်ရေမျက်နှာပြင်အထက် ၃,၅၃၈ မီတာရှိ Basumtso Lake သို့ သွားရောက်လည်ပတ်ပါမည်။ ထို့နောက် Tashi ကျွန်းပေါ်ရှိ ၁၇ ရာစုကတည်းက တည်ရှိခဲ့သော Tsozong Gongba Monastery နှင့် Jieba Village သို့ ဝင်ရောက်လေ့လာပြီးနောက် လာဆာ (Lhasa) မြို့သို့ ၄-၅ နာရီခန့် ခရီးဆက်ကာ ဟိုတယ်တွင် အနားယူပါမည်။
Day 5: Nyingchi - Basumtso Lake - Lhasa After breakfast, you will drive from Nyingchi to Basumtso Lake, located 3,538 meters above sea level. You will then visit the 17th-century Tsozong Gongba Monastery on Tashi Island and Jieba Village before continuing the 4 to 5-hour drive to Lhasa to rest at the hotel.
Day 6: လာဆာ ယဉ်ကျေးမှုလေ့လာရေး (Lhasa Culture Tour) ဟိုတယ်တွင် နံနက်စာသုံးဆောင်ပြီးနောက် ယူနက်စကို ကမ္ဘာ့အမွေအနှစ်စာရင်းဝင် Potala Palace သို့ သွားရောက်လည်ပတ်ပါမည်။ ထို့နောက် နှစ်ပေါင်း ၁,၃၀၀ ကျော် သမိုင်းရှိသော Jokhang Temple သို့ ဆက်လက်လည်ပတ်ပြီး ဘုရားဖူးများ Kora လှည့်လည်သည်ကို ကြည့်ရှုပါမည်။ ညနေပိုင်းတွင် Barkhor Street ၌ ရိုးရာဈေးဆိုင်များကို လေ့လာပြီး Special Dinner ဖြင့် ညစာသုံးဆောင်ကာ အနားယူပါမည်။
Day 6: Lhasa Culture Tour After breakfast at the hotel, you will visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Potala Palace. Next, you will visit the Jokhang Temple, which has over 1,300 years of history, and observe pilgrims performing the Kora circuit. In the evening, explore the traditional shops on Barkhor Street, enjoy a Special Dinner, and rest for the night.
Day 7: လာဆာ - ရီဂါ့တ်စ် - အဲဗရတ်စ်အခြေစိုက်စခန်း (Lhasa - Shigatse - Mount Everest Base Camp) နံနက်စာသုံးဆောင်ပြီးနောက် လာဆာမှ ရီဂါ့တ်စ် (Shigatse) သို့ ရထားဖြင့် ၂ နာရီခွဲခန့် ခရီးဆက်ပါမည်။ Shigatse သို့ ရောက်ရှိပြီးနောက် Mount Everest ဘက်သို့ ၆ နာရီခွဲခန့် ဆက်လက်ကားမောင်းထွက်ခွာပြီး Rongbuk Monastery သို့ ဝင်ရောက်လည်ပတ်ပါမည်။ ထို့နောက် Everest Base Camp (EBC) သို့ ရောက်ရှိပြီး ကမ္ဘာ့အမြင့်ဆုံးတောင်ကြီးအား ကိုယ်တိုင်မျက်မြင်ခံစားကာ EBC အနီးတွင် ညအိပ်အနားယူပါမည်။
Day 7: Lhasa - Shigatse - Mount Everest Base Camp After breakfast, you will take a train from Lhasa to Shigatse, which takes about 2.5 hours. Upon arriving in Shigatse, you will drive for about 6.5 hours towards Mount Everest and visit the Rongbuk Monastery. Afterwards, you will reach Everest Base Camp (EBC) to witness the world's highest peak in person and stay overnight near the camp.
Day 8: အဲဗရတ်စ်တောင် - ဂါဆိုလာတောင်ကြားလမ်း - ရီဂါ့တ်စ် (Mount Everest - Gyatso La Pass - Shigatse) နံနက်အစောပိုင်းတွင် Mount Everest ၏ နေထွက်ချိန်အလှ (Sunrise) ကို ကြည့်ရှုခံစားပါမည်။ ထို့နောက် Everest Base Camp မှ ၁၂၂ ကီလိုမီတာခန့်ကွာဝေးသော Gyatso La Pass (Gyawu La Pass) သို့ သွားရောက်ပြီးနောက် Shigatse မြို့သို့ ပြန်လည်မောင်းနှင်ပါမည်။ Shigatse တွင် သမိုင်းဝင် Tashilhunpo Monastery သို့ သွားရောက်လည်ပတ်ပြီး ဟိုတယ်သို့ ပြန်လည်အနားယူပါမည်။
Day 8: Mount Everest - Gyatso La Pass - Shigatse Early in the morning, you will enjoy the beautiful sunrise over Mount Everest. Then, you will drive from Everest Base Camp to Gyatso La Pass (Gyawu La Pass), which is about 122 kilometers away, before heading back to Shigatse. In Shigatse, you will visit the historical Tashilhunpo Monastery and return to the hotel to rest.
Day 9: ရီဂါ့တ်စ်မှ လာဆာလေဆိပ်သို့ ပြန်လည်ထွက်ခွာခြင်း (Shigatse - Lhasa Airport | Departure) ခရီးစဉ်၏ နောက်ဆုံးနေ့တွင် ဟိုတယ်၌ နံနက်စာသုံးဆောင်ပြီး Shigatse မှ လာဆာလေဆိပ် (Lhasa Airport) သို့ ပြန်လည်ထွက်ခွာပါမည်။ လမ်းတစ်လျှောက် တိဘက်ကုန်းမြင့်၏ သဘာဝရှုခင်းများကို ခံစားရင်း မမေ့နိုင်သောအမှတ်တရများနှင့်အတူ တိဘက်ခရီးစဉ်ကို အောင်မြင်စွာ အဆုံးသတ်ပါမည်။
Day 9: Shigatse - Lhasa Airport | Departure On the final day of the tour, after having breakfast at the hotel, you will depart from Shigatse to Lhasa Airport. Enjoying the natural scenery of the Tibetan plateau along the way, you will successfully conclude the Tibet tour with unforgettable memories.
