1. Payment Policy

• To confirm a tour, an advance payment of 30% of the total stipulated amount per person must be paid.
• The remaining balance must be paid as follows: 40% at 30 days before departure, and the final 30% no later than 14 days before the start of the tour.
• Accepted Payment Methods: SHWE KEIN NARY TRAVELS & TOURS CO.,LTD (KBZ Bank, AYA Bank, CB Bank, and respective Pay applications).
• In case of failure to pay by the stipulated dates (late payment), the tour will be considered canceled by the passenger.
• After transferring funds, please send the payment slip or transaction screenshot to Shwe Keinnary Travel to confirm payment.
• Refunds of deposited/advance money will only be issued according to the strict cancellation policy outlined below.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

If a passenger wishes to cancel a confirmed booking after paying a deposit, actual expenses (such as flight ticket deposits, passport, and visa application fees) will be deducted first. The remaining amount will be refunded according to the following schedule:

3. Additional Conditions

• Flight Deductions: If canceled within 30 days prior to departure, the cost of the flight ticket will be deducted from the deposit, and the remaining amount refunded.
• Postponements: If you wish to postpone, we will move the booking to the closest available tour. However, passengers must bear any fare differences or date change fees.
• Missing Documents: If required information (including documents for passport and visa applications) is not submitted within the specified time, causing you to miss the tour, the deposited amount will not be refunded.
• Unforeseen Circumstances: If a tour must be canceled due to infectious diseases, natural disasters, or war, the tour dates will be postponed or the paid amounts refunded. Flight ticket costs will be handled according to the airline's terms.
• Regarding refunds and cancellations, the decision of Shwe Keinnary Company is final.
