1. What types of tours do you specialize in?

We specialize in Outbound and Inbound Tour Management, customized private tours, and corporate travel. We are particularly known for our Buddhist Pilgrimage Tours, including destinations like India Bodh Gaya, Kashmir, and Bhutan.

2. How do I confirm my booking and what are the payment terms?

To confirm a tour, an advance payment of 30% of the total amount per person is required. The remaining balance must be paid in two installments: 40% at 30 days before departure, and the final 30% no later than 14 days before the start of the tour. We accept payments via KBZ Bank, AYA Bank, CB Bank, KBZ Pay, AYA Pay, and CB Pay.

3. Can I cancel my booking and get a refund?

Yes, but refunds are subject to our cancellation policy, and actual expenses (such as flight ticket deposits and visa application fees) will be deducted first. You will receive a 100% refund if canceled 30 days or more before departure, 50% for 15-30 days, 25% for 14-21 days, and no refund if canceled within 7 days.

4. What if I need to postpone my trip?

If you cannot travel on your booked date and wish to postpone, we will move your booking to the closest available similar tour. However, you must bear any differences in flight ticket costs, date change fees, or overall tour costs before the change is permitted.

5. What happens in case of unforeseen emergencies like natural disasters?

If a tour must be canceled due to unforeseen infectious diseases, natural disasters, or war, the tour dates will be postponed or the paid amounts will be refunded. However, flight ticket costs will be handled strictly in accordance with the respective airline's terms and conditions.
