You will meet the Shwe Keinnary Tour Leader at Departure Gate - ( 4 ) of Yangon International Airport, complete check-in, and begin the journey to Tibet. Upon arrival at Lhasa Airport, an experienced Tour Leader will welcome you and transfer you to the hotel. To acclimate your body to Lhasa's high altitude of about 3,650 meters above sea level and its climate, you are advised to rest, stay hydrated, and avoid strenuous activities on this day.

Day 1: ရန်ကုန် - လာဆာ (Yangon - Lhasa) ရန်ကုန်အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာလေဆိပ်၊ Departure Gate - ( 4 ) တွင် Shwe Keinnary Tour Leader နှင့် တွေ့ဆုံပြီး Check-in ပြုလုပ်ကာ တိဘက်သို့ ခရီးစတင်ပါမည်။ လာဆာလေဆိပ်သို့ ရောက်ရှိချိန်တွင် ကျွမ်းကျင်သော Tour Leader မှ ကြိုဆိုပြီး ဟိုတယ်သို့ ပို့ဆောင်ပေးပါမည်။ ပင်လယ်ရေမျက်နှာပြင်အထက် ၃,၆၅၀ မီတာခန့်ရှိသော လာဆာ၏ အမြင့်ပေနှင့် ရာသီဥတုကို ခန္ဓာကိုယ်အသားကျစေရန် ဤနေ့တွင် အလွန်အကျွံလှုပ်ရှားမှုများကို ရှောင်ရှားပြီး ရေဓာတ်ပြည့်ဝအောင် နေထိုင်ကာ အနားယူပါမည်။

Day 1: Yangon - Lhasa You will meet the Shwe Keinnary Tour Leader at Departure Gate - ( 4 ) of Yangon International Airport, complete check-in, and begin the journey to Tibet. Upon arrival at Lhasa Airport, an experienced Tour Leader will welcome you and transfer you to the hotel. Day 2: Lhasa Culture Tour After breakfast, you will visit the Potala Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the former winter residence of the Dalai Lamas. Next, you will visit the Jokhang Temple, a significant religious center with over 1,300 years of history, where you can observe pilgrims performing the Kora circuit and praying. In the evening, explore the traditional shops on Barkhor Street, enjoy a Special Dinner with fellow travelers, and return to the hotel to rest.

Day 3: Lhasa - Shigatse After breakfast, you will travel by car from Lhasa to Shigatse, a journey of about 8-9 hours (340 kilometers). Along the way, from the 4,797-meter-high Kamba La Pass, you will overlook the sacred turquoise Yamdrok Lake and enjoy a traditional Tibetan lunch nearby. Then, you will view the Karola Glacier, which sits at about 5,000 meters and resembles a massive frozen waterfall, before continuing to Shigatse to rest at the hotel.

Day 4: ရီဂါ့တ်စ် - အဲဗရတ်စ်အခြေစိုက်စခန်း (Shigatse - Everest Base Camp) နံနက်စာသုံးဆောင်ပြီးနောက် Shigatse မှ ၆-၇ နာရီခန့် (၃၃၀ ကီလိုမီတာ) ကားမောင်းနှင်ပြီး ကမ္ဘာ့အမြင့်ဆုံးတောင်ကြီးဆီသို့ ထွက်ခွာပါမည်။ ၅,၂၀၀ မီတာခန့်ရှိ Gyawu La Pass မှ Mount Everest ၏ အထွတ်အထိပ်နှင့် Zigzag Road အား မြင်တွေ့ရပါမည်။ ၅,၁၅၀ မီတာတွင်ရှိသော Rongbuk Monastery သို့ဝင်ရောက်လေ့လာပြီးနောက် Everest Base Camp သို့ ရောက်ရှိကာ Mount Everest ကို အနီးကပ်ခံစားပါမည်။ ညနေပိုင်းတွင် Hot Pot Dinner သုံးဆောင်ပြီး တဲစခန်းဟိုတယ်တွင် တစ်ညတာ အိပ်စက်အနားယူပါမည်။

Day 4: Shigatse - Everest Base Camp After breakfast, you will depart from Shigatse for a 6-7 hour drive (330 kilometers) towards the world's highest mountain. From the 5,200-meter-high Gyawu La Pass, you will catch your first glimpse of Mount Everest's peak and the famous Zigzag Road. You will visit the Rongbuk Monastery at 5,150 meters before arriving at Everest Base Camp to experience Mount Everest up close. In the evening, enjoy a Hot Pot Dinner and spend the night in a guesthouse or tent hotel at the base camp.

Day 5: အဲဗရတ်စ်တောင် - ဂါဆိုလာတောင်ကြားလမ်း - ရီဂါ့တ်စ် (Mount Everest - Gyatso La Pass - Shigatse) နံနက်အစောပိုင်းတွင် နှင်းဖုံးနေသော Everest တောင်ထိပ်ပေါ်သို့ နေရောင်ခြည်ကျရောက်လာသည့် နေထွက်ချိန်အလှ (Sunrise) ကို ခံစားကြည့်ရှုပါမည်။ ထို့နောက် Everest Base Camp မှ ၁၂၂ ကီလိုမီတာခန့်ကွာဝေးသော Gyatso La Pass သို့ ၃ နာရီခွဲခန့် ခရီးနှင်ပြီး လှပသော View Point များတွင် အမှတ်တရဓာတ်ပုံများ ရိုက်ကူးပါမည်။ Shigatse မြို့သို့ ဆက်လက်မောင်းနှင်ကာ သမိုင်းဝင် ဘာသာရေးအမွေအနှစ်တစ်ခုဖြစ်သည့် Tashilhunpo Monastery သို့ သွားရောက်လည်ပတ်ပြီး ဟိုတယ်သို့ ပြန်လည်အနားယူပါမည်။

Day 5: Mount Everest - Gyatso La Pass - Shigatse Early in the morning, you will watch the breathtaking sunrise as golden sunlight gradually illuminates the snow-capped peak of Mount Everest. You will then drive for about 3.5 hours (122 kilometers) from Everest Base Camp to Gyatso La Pass, stopping at beautiful viewpoints for photos. Continuing to Shigatse, you will visit the Tashilhunpo Monastery, a historic religious heritage site deeply connected to the Dalai and Panchen Lamas, before returning to the hotel to rest.

Along the way, you can admire the vast plains, mountains, and clear blue skies of the Tibetan plateau, making stops at designated scenic spots to take memorable photos. Upon returning to Lhasa, you will check into the hotel and rest well after the long journey.

Day 7: Lhasa Airport - Departure After having breakfast and checking out of the hotel, you will be transferred to Lhasa Airport by car. You will conclude the Tibet tour carrying unforgettable memories of Lhasa's ancient history, the sacred Yamdrok Lake, the Karola Glacier, and the majesty of Everest Base Camp.
